Cylinder Heads
Complete Cylinder Heads:

We warranty valve jobs and complete cylinder head assemblies for a period of thirty days against defects in materials and workmanship. There is no warranty for race, hot rod or marine applications. |
Bare Cylinder Heads:

Warranty on cylinder heads (bare heads) is good only for defects which are reported during the installation of the cylinder head. There is no warranty whatsoever once the cylinder head has been installed and the engine tested at time of installation. |
Modified Heads that are not the same as what originally came with said vehicle carry no warranty on parts or labor.
We warrant our cylinder heads and cylinder head assemblies against defects in materials and workmanship, but limit our liability toreplacement of defective material supplied by Perfect Engine, Inc.
We will not be responsible for damage to parts which were not furnished by us. We will not be liable for damage to cylinder heads and cylinder head assemblies due to improper installation, lack of lubrication, overheating, or the presence of foreign material (dirt, etc.).
The obligations assumed under this warranty are limited and are in lieu of all other expressed obligations, warranties, or guarantees. All implied warranties which may be applicable to this item are hereby limited in duration to the warranty period herein granted.

Parts
Limited warranty on small parts and individual components not part of an assembly (rods, rocker arm assembly, oil pumps, front pumps, etc.)
We warrant our parts for thirty days against defects in materials and workmanship, but we limit our liability to our replacement of defective material supplied by us. We will not be responsible for damage to parts which were not furnished by us. We will not be liable for damage due to improper installation, overheating, lack of lubrication or the presence of foreign matter (dirt, etc.). We offer no warranty for race, hot rod or boat applications, however we may submit parts to the original manufacturer, if not Perfect Engine, for warranty consideration.
Due to the number and frequency of changes concerning parts made by the original equipment manufacturer the applications shown in this website or catalog cannot be 100% correct. It is the installing mechanics responsibility to make certain the parts he has received are correct for the engine on which he is working before it is installed. The obligations assumed under this warranty are limited and are in lieu of all other expressed obligations, warranties, or guarantees. All implied warranties which may be applicable to this item are hereby limited in duration to the period herein granted.
