How do I return an item?
All returns and/or defective items must contain the correct invoice and require prior authorization, or else it will not be accepted. Special order items are not returnable. Returned merchandise must be new, or in condition when originally shipped if a rebuilt or reconditioned item. All returns must be shipped freight prepaid by customer. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. There is no warranty or returns on all electrical items. All returns must be within 30 days of original purchase.
